Job Description/Skills Required
- Drive process control and compliance in addition to managing audit requirements
- To conduct Weekly Calibration Sessions internally to reduce the variation
- Responsible for publish all quality related reports within timeline with Client and internal Stakeholders.
- Process improvement based on facts and data, implement and monitor improvement projects in process
- Having regular connect with Client and other Functions
- Facilitate quality and compliance team to perform various audits
- Ensure process quality and training is delivered effectively
- Responsible for leading, supervising the team of Quality analysts
- Managing and maintaining the QA productivity to calculate the monthly and weekly performance of the team.
- Conducting time to time compliance checks to ensure floor hygiene & avoid customer escalations.
