Job Description: Greetings from Gensynth Laboratories..!!
Carry out batch manufacturing as per BMR/BPR and production planning.
Operate equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, FBD, blending machines, and other production machinery.
Monitor process parameters (temperature, pH, pressure, reaction time, etc.) and record data accurately.
Handle weighing, charging, filtration, drying, milling, and packing operations.
Follow SOPs, cGMP, and safety guidelines during all production activities.
Coordinate with QC, QA, Warehouse, and Maintenance for smooth plant operations.
Assist in process troubleshooting, deviation control, and in-process checks.
Support cleaning, sterilization, equipment changeover, and batch documentation.
Maintain housekeeping and ensure safe handling of chemicals and hazardous materials.
Participate in shift operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
