Role & responsibilities
Chemical Testing & Analysis:Â Perform routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Equipment Operation:Â Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment like pH meters, spectrophotometers, titrators, etc.
Documentation & Reporting:Â Record and document all test results, observations, and deviations in appropriate logs or systems.
Quality Assurance Support:Â Assist in ensuring that products meet internal and external quality standards, and support the resolution of any quality issues.
Compliance:Â Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines in the lab, ensuring compliance with ISO, GMP, or other relevant standards.
Troubleshooting:Â Assist in identifying and addressing issues related to the quality of chemical products.
Collaboration:Â Work closely with other departments (R&D, Production, etc.) to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
