Job Overview:Â We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Corporate Quality Assurance team as a QA Associate Trainee/Fresher. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start their career in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical/chemical industry. The selected candidate will support documentation processes, regulatory coordination, and complaint handling to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Responsibilities:
Assist in filing and timely submission of vendor qualification documents and questionnaires.
Support in addressing customer documentation requirements effectively and professionally.
• Coordinate with the manufacturing plant for collation of regulatory and customer-required documents.
Handle market complaints, ensuring timely investigation, documentation, and compliance reporting.
Educational Qualifications
Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or B.Pharm
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office tools; strong verbal and written communication skills (especially email communication).
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and ethical individual with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Basic understanding of ICH guidelines and other relevant regulatory requirements is desirable.
