Eligibility
Qualification:
• 4-year UG degree – B.Pharm / B.Tech / B.Sc (Hons)
OR
• 3-year UG + Master’s – MSc / MBA / PGDM
Program Details
• 3-day induction with HR & Management
• 10-day rotation across all key departments
• Weekly sessions with senior leadership
• Real-time plant exposure
• Department allocation based on performance ranking
• First batch: 12 candidates only

Stipend
₹15,000 per month
