Job description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher to join our Formulation and Development team. This entry-level position offers a great opportunity to learn about the pharmaceutical formulation process, develop new products, and support ongoing research and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and optimization of pharmaceutical formulations for various dosage forms (e.g., tablets, capsules, injectables).
Conduct experiments under the guidance of senior scientists, following established protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform stability studies and evaluate the physical and chemical properties of formulations.
Document experimental results, analyze data, and prepare reports for review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
Stay updated on current trends and technologies in pharmaceutical formulation.
Qualifications: M Pharm required.
