Job Description/Skills Required
1. Job Description :
- Department : HR
- Positions: Sr.Executive/Asst.Manager
- Qualification: MBA(HR)/MHRM
- Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Key Skills and Competencies :
- 1. Should have strong knowledge in Payroll Operations and Statutory compliance.
- 2. Should handle HR Operational functions like Payroll processing, ESI, PF, TDS filing, Gratuity, Attendance Management, Leave Management, Group Medical Insurance, GPA, Exit Managementetc.
- 3. Should handle employee relations (one-to-one interactions, Skip level meetings & Employee counseling..etc) of 500+ workforce.
- 4. Should have experience in handling employee grievances related to Medical Insurance, Salary, ESI, PF, TDS..etc.
- 5. Experienced in policy development, administration and application.
- 6. Should have experience in facing ISO audits, documentation and implementation of SOPs and maintaining ISO-related data and records.
- 7. Proficient to handle HRMS Applications, MS Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint), Outlook..etc.
- 8. Should be able to create and maintain HR dashboards with various HR Metrics in HR Applications and in Excel.
- 9. Good Presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills.
- 10. Work closely with HR Lead to create and develop Employee engagement programs and deliver those programs to create a more engaging work environment.
- 11. Assist with organizing the induction training and onboarding of new joiners and handling exit formalities of resigned employees.
2. Job Description :

- Positions: Trainee Executive/Jr.Executive
- Qualification: MBA(HR)/MHRM
- Experience: 0-3 years

- 1. Basic knowledge on New joiner onboarding and orientation.
