Job Description/Skills Required
- To ensure smooth and safe operation of 2CP/MEE
- To perform 2CP/MEE operation and maintain process parameters as per the defined SOP
- To ensure safety compliances and housekeeping of 2CP/MEE.
- Inform any deviation/ abnormality to Shift In Charge and do the trouble shooting in section.
- To perform start-up and shut-down activities.
- To co-ordinate with shift in charge and perform maintenance work.
- To undertake any non-routine work from their seniors.
- Send the sample to QC department for the analysis and receive the feedback report of the same take corrective and preventive action as per SOP or discuss with Shift In charge.
- Use the equipment and resources effectively.
- To ensure the minimum spillage and wastage of the material.
- To fill up the batch card and log book on the ongoing process.
- Active participation in the TPM and WCM initiative.
