- Updating the freight enquiries on competitive freight bidding platform (go comet)
- Punching of sales order in SAP.
- Coordination with Plants for dispatch of finished goods.
- Coordination with transporters.
- Coordination with freight forwarding agents / CHA agents for dispatch of goods.
- Preparation of Pre and post export documentations.
- Invoice checking and updating the freight details in SAP for MIS data preparation.
- Helping the logistics team in MIS reports.
