Job Responsibility:
Development of robust bioequivalent product as per market and regulatory requirement.
Development of Non-infringe ODS formulation.
Planning of development strategies for formulation development.
Risk analysis and mitigation of formulation.
Literature search, Pharmacopoeial status and time to time knowledge updation related to formulation development.
Timely preparation of formulation documents like drug substance specification, drug product, in-process and shelf life specification.
Proper RM & PM planning required for formulation development and exhibit batches.
Planning and execution of process validation & stability batches and review of process validation reports.
Review and interpretation of analytical results of development batches.
Weekly analysis Planning of ODS product.
Planning of Analytical method validation.
To Keep traceability of all ODS documents and maintain online documentation of ODS product.
Review of comparative dissolution profile protocol and report.
Involve in scale up studies and process optimization of final formulation and Smooth technology transfer of ODS products at plant level.
Timely solve query received from regulatory department and other external agencies.
Maintain the proper team work and communication with supporting department.
