Job description
Job Overview:
We are looking for experienced and dedicated Production Officer/Executives to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with operating common production equipment, such as reactors, centrifuges, evaporators, and distillation columns. The candidate must have a solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and be well-versed in the safe handling of various solvents. Integrity, sincerity, and a strong commitment to safety are essential qualities for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Operation:
Independently operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, evaporators, distillation columns, and other common pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
Ensure all equipment is functioning efficiently and safely, conducting routine checks as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues with minimal supervision.
GMP Compliance:
Adhere to and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in all aspects of production.
Maintain accurate and detailed production records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Solvent Handling & Safety:
Handle various solvents with care, following safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct regular safety inspections and report any safety concerns or incidents to management.
Production Process Management:
Coordinate with other departments, such as Quality Control and Maintenance, to ensure smooth production operations.
Monitor and control production parameters to achieve desired product specifications and yield.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate production logs, equipment usage records, and batch production records.
Prepare and submit regular reports on production activities, equipment status, and any issues encountered.
Assist in the preparation of production-related documentation for regulatory audits and inspections.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other production staff to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
