Job Summary
We are seeking a Process Executive – P&C with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have technical skills in Office 365 Customer Service and MS Excel along with domain expertise in Workers Comp – Care Management Workers Comp – Policy Admin and Workers Comp – New Business. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and requires proficiency in Bengali (Read/Write Speak).
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Utilize Office 365 tools to manage and organize daily tasks and communications.
Maintain and update records in MS Excel to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Assist in the administration of Workers Comp policies ensuring compliance with regulations.
Support care management processes by coordinating with healthcare providers and clients.
Facilitate new business processes by gathering and verifying necessary documentation.
Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular audits of policy and care management records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Provide training and support to new team members on processes and tools.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in Bengali both verbally and in writing.
Adapt to rotational shifts ensuring coverage and support during all operational hours.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Demonstrate proficiency in Office 365 applications for task management and communication.
Exhibit strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly.
Show expertise in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
Possess domain knowledge in Workers Comp
Care Management Policy Admin and New Business.
Communicate fluently in Bengali both in reading/writing and speaking.
