Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Plan and execute batch manufacturing processes according to established protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product quality and process optimization.
Maintain accurate records of test results, inventory management, and equipment maintenance schedules.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical industry setting (B.Sc degree preferred).
Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations.
Proficiency in operating various laboratory instruments including centrifuges, dryers, reactors etc. .
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of attention to detail.
