HVAC & Utilities:
Maintenance of Cold Rooms, Walk-In Incubators, Deep freezers, LAFUs, DPB’s, GC’s, Bio Safety Cabinets, Industrial Refrigerators, LSSU’s, Chillers, Hot water Generation Systems.
Preventive maintenance of Cold rooms and walk in incubators (Cold and Hot)
BMS & EMS operations, alarm Handling with GMP documentation.
Operation and preventive maintenance of HVAC Chillers.
Operation and preventive maintenance of AHU’s, OAU’s, VAU’s, EFF’s and RCU’s.
Carry out of Preventive maintenance and concurrently updating log books and GCR’s.
To attend break down, Preventive and corrective maintenance works.
Mechanical Maintenance:
Candidate shall have experience in Breakdowns and preventive Maintenance of Vial Washing, Filling, Capping, Autoclave and Labelling Machines, Jacketed Vessels, lyophilization, Ability to handle shift operations for Process Equipments like Bio reactors, WFI coolers, centrifuge, autoclaves, glassware washers, media & pooling vessels, TFF, -70 deep freezers, CIP/SIP systems, Bio safety cabinets, sealers, blending equipment’s, autoclaves, vail packing lines, auto cartonating, auto optical testing machine and CIP/SIP systems.
Instrumentation Maintenance:
Ability to handle shift operations for Instrumentation activities like BMS, Breakdown maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Calibration, AMC and Interim projects, Reviewing the completion of breakdown status / Calibration / PM works, Handling basic troubleshooting in PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and SCADA (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition).
