Job Description/Skills Required :
- To procure Raw materials from Warehouse
- Area, equipment cleaning observation & equipment status.
- Environmental monitoring for every 2 hrs.
- Rubber stoppers, seals gaskets cleaning observation.
- Washing area equipments operation i.e. Autoclave, Dry Heat Sterilizer etc.
- Stage wise samples visual checking.
- Disinfectant preparation and filtration.
- Equipment status label updated.
- Batch operations.
- Plate &Frame filter cleaning and pads fixing.
- Vacuum pumps operations.
- Filling of operation logbooks & BPCRs.
- Batch to batch area & equipment cleaning.
- Aseptic Area Equipment status.
- Milling, Blending & filling of product in sterilized canisters.
- Sterilized articles unloading from DHS & Autoclave.
- Sealed canisters transfer to quarantine room.
