Business Developmentpartner Role Band Blue Reporting To Head Strategy, Portfolio, Business Development and Management Systems – Biologics Department Biologics-Strategy Location Bachupally, Hyderabad Responsibilities 1.Business Development Identifying partnership opportunities for Biologics In-licensing, Out-licensing and Co-Development Performing due diligence on partners and evaluating partners based on their capabilities and fit with DRL biologics Detailing out business case, cost-benefit impact of partnerships Designing and executing on Agreements Relationship management with Partners 2. Secondary and Primary Research Conducting secondary and primary research to have a clear view and understanding of the market dynamics, competitive dynamics, and sector dynamics to inform the strategy development for Biologics Ability to research large volumes of data and be comfortable with industry terms concepts Ability to analyze, segment and draw insights form the data to tell a story 3. Management Review and Presentations Help in the design and development of presentations for the Senior Leadership of Biologics that may include but not restricted to Board Presentations, Strategy Decks, Management Council Meeting presentations, etc. Support the Strategy team in developing Point of View on key topics of interest and internal strategy projects Operating Network Internal Portfolio, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Product Operations, Project Management, Global Generics External Business Partners, Consultants Education Experience MBA from Tier I B-schools in India abroad 1-2 years of Post MBA Experience Overall 3-4 years of experience Working in Management Consulting Business Development roles or having 3-4 years of working in the Pharma Life Sciences and or in Business Development will be an additional plus Sound knowledge of MS Office Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills familiarity with Tableau and other statistical software such as SPSS will be a plus Key Personal Attributes Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills required, and ability to build relationships and work in a collaborative environment Must possess attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure and perform data analysis
