Job Description/Skills Required

Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.

• Basic computer knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Qualification: – Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
• Under Graduate with minimum 6 months experience in BPO.
• Age Limit: 18 to 35 Years
• Shift Timing: – Male– 24*7 shift (Any 9 hours)
• Female – Morning 6.00 to 11.00 pm (Any 9 hours)
• Salary:- 180000 Lac PA 13400 (in hand)
• 4k-5k Stipend in 25 Days of training
• Mandatory language- Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi
