Job Description/Skills Required
- Responsible for preparation of Discharge Summary for the patients as per the instruction of concerned consultant in the prescibed format.
- Responsible for maintaining records of all medical reports and other reference reports of the patients which are used for preparation of Discharge Summary.
- Responsible for maintenance of record copy of all Discharge Summaries issued from the department to the patients and ensuring the sent to medical record department.
