Job Description/Skills Required
A)Manage end to end warehousing operations at his region and oversee all administrative functions of the warehouse.
B) Spearhead expansion and growth planned for the region, with effective use of technology in Warehousing.
C) Manage warehousing Operation, Service Performance and ensure Safe working environment at the warehouse.
D) Team Management
E) Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
F) Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling. Engaging and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Core Competency area :-
1) Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
2) Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3) Leadership Ability (Leading a task force of 200+ employees).
4) Good people management skills.
5) Warehouse ground level experience is must.
Required Candidate profile:
