Job Description/Skills Required

The position is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting an effective regulatory compliance program for healthcare products & services at Flipkart group companies. The person should keep updated with evolving regulatory requirements and these changes should be implemented in the system. He/She should have a good understanding of EPharmacy, E doctor consultation or diagnostic business.

Job Responsibility:

• Champion the allopathic drugs, Homeopathic, ASU drugs, Medical devices, IVD & OTC catalogue both for online & offline business.
• Good understanding of regulation (Drug & Cosmetic Act/ Rule & others) & amendment around these drug & medical device categories.
• Work closely with the product manager/tech team for developing the robust technology guardrail.
• Develop a mechanism to monitor the compliance check for the e-commerce platform & offline business.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders like the business team etc. in providing proactive regulatory input.

Mandatory Skills :

• Sound knowledge of Pharmacology I Strong technical and problem-solving skills I Looks for ways to improve and promote quality
