Job Description/Skills Required
- Relevant literature and patent search for product design and development.
- QBD oriented product design and development.
- Injectable suspensions and emulsions development (most preferable).
- Planning and executing lab scale experiments and data review. Planning of stability studies and reviewing of development and stability data.
- Preparation of technical regulatory documentation to support development work and manufacturing (includes protocols, reports, laboratory note books, batch records, PDR (Product development record).
- Addressing queries and deficiencies to regulatory agencies.
- Preparation of Master Formula Record (MFR), Master Packing Record (MPR), and Stability Protocol for Scale up and Exhibit batches.
- Tech-transfer of the products from R&D to manufacturing facility and attending the exhibit/pilot batches manufacture, troubleshooting when required.
