Job Description/Skills Required

1. Requirement for PE (Fresher) & SPE (1-4yrs exp)
2. Must be fluent in Hindi & English (English language to be international standard and neutral Hindi(with no MTI))
3. Customer service role-80% voice process & 20% email and chat support, should be OK to take 80-90% Hindi calls
4. 24X7 shifts
5. Somebody from banking customer service role is an added advantage
6. Good understanding on UPI/ online transactions (Candidate should be able to speak on how online shopping/transaction works)
7. Immediate joiners required
8. Should be OK to relocate and WFO from immediate basis.
9. Salary for PE: 3 LPA & SPE- Max up to 5.5LPA(including variable pay of 18K-Annual)
