Purpose
- Prepare transitions program plan to move identified processes and employees to the Shared Service
- Manage the transition plan as processes/employees move to the Shared Service and provide periodic reports
- Ensure that service migration is in line with operating procedures and best practices
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language
- Minimum Amount of Job-Related Experience:
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience pharmaceutical transition experience, standardization of processes in pharmaceutical industry
- 3+ years of experience working with Daily Management and Problem-Solving workshops in an office environment (non-manufacturing)
- Ability to take a hands-on and pragmatic approach
- Demonstrated experience leading large projects
- Ability to influence and lead the required change
- Strong communication skills
- Stakeholder management
