1. To monitor the Process Safety Management at shop floor
2. To conduct the Process Safety and Operational Safety audits
3. To monitor Worker Safety and Occupational Exposure Levels at shop floor
- Chemical Exposure assessment
- Heat stress monitoring
- Powder Exposure assessment
- Workplace Noise monitoring
- VOC/LEL Monitoring
- External Hygiene analysis coordination
- Ergonomics Hazard Assessment RULA & REBA
4. Risk based Exposure Assessment for Raw material and APIs (Qualitative and Quantitative)
5. Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Monitoring
6. Implementation of Occupational Hygiene Monitoring Central Guidelines
7. To do the Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene documentation
8. To conduct Training on Industrial Hygiene & Health Talks
9. Tracking the customer audit IH related observation compliance
10. Using Chemwatch Software to prepare MSDS
11. Monitoring and Maintenance of OHC
