Job Description/Skills Required
- Coordinate Medical communications site level business review & support the leadership team as needed; Single PoC for Medical communications Practice Ops manager to Drive consistency in project tracking tool entries to make data more meaningful
- Develop dashboard to track & report important project & delivery level metrics (timeliness, resource utilization & productivity)
- Track and report continuous improvement related initiatives; Build and maintain Medical communications resourcing models; Support Customer services team and Account Directors for reports & data analysis requests; Vendor and contract management
- Streamline / drive consistency / process optimization & excellence in delivery operations support; Resource utilize for value added tasks, including business control adherence. Identify opportunities where the ops team can enhance delivery excellence
- Support roll out of new services, new roles such as the project traffic manager etc. Design & implement Medical communications project management tools / trackers to manage workflow (to supplement existing project tracking tools, not replace); Trackers / dashboards / reports in conjunction with Customer services team Real time dashboards/metrics on project status, projects to be initiated etc. Making project tracking tools data more meaningful in conjunction with practice ops manager
- Provide input on how to optimize the project tracking tools. Manage performance (set objectives, review performance and plan compensation)
- Develop associates (development/training plans, Organizational Talent Review, coaching or mentoring, as appropriate); Set direction, align and motivate team members to achieve set goals and objectives
