Roles and Responsibilities for IPR Formulation:
- Preparation of patent landscape report for Formulation & Biological products.
- Patent Infringement Analysis for various jurisdiction.
- Providing clearance reports for various markets.
- Prior Art Search / Patentability Search by using various paid and freely available databases.
- In-house opinion reports for the Invalidation of patents.
- Drafting of patent application for provisional & complete filing.
- Prosecution of patent application for US, EU & ROW countries.
Key Skills Required for Product Portfolio Role:
- Strong Pharmaceutical domain knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the US Pharma market
- Good analytical and secondary research skills
- Strong knowledge of databases like IMS SMART/ PADDS/ MIDAS, IPD Analytics etc.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point
- Basic understanding of Regulatory & IP for US market
