Job Description/Skills Required
Part 1: HR Project Management Office (PMO)
The GPL HR Road map, which is refreshed annually sets out the Mission, priorities, programs and success metrics across COEs and BUs. The incumbent will manage the Corporate HR PMO. The incumbent will:
- Actively monitor progress, suggest corrective actions to ensure completion on time and within budget and disseminate good practices across the HR job family.
- Partner with COEs/ HRBPs to measure effectiveness of the interventions and ensure sustainability of the initiatives
- Work with the HRLT to identify key people issues and related interventions to improve employee engagement/ experience.
Part 2: People Analytics
- Analyse employee & People process (Strive, ACR, Talent, Compliance etc.) data. Recommend improvements and actions to improve the 3Ps and priorities outlined in the HR business plan.
- Track Market intel people moves, organization structure, rewards practices w.r.t key talent pools. Share insights for pro-active analysis and decisions by HR and Business Leaders.
Part 3: HR MIS
- Own the process. Gather data, generate monthly and periodical MIS reports.
- Follow up on behalf of the CHRO, to monitor progress and completion of HR programs.
- Continuous sharpening of the HR MIS dashboard content including more lead vs lag indicators.
Part 4 : Support Ichnos Sciences
- The current CHRO is also a Board member of Ichnos, a biotech headquartered in the US with operations in the US & Switzerland.
- Track US and European Biotech market intel people moves, organization structure, rewards practices w.r.t key talent pools. Share insights for pro-active analysis.
