Job Description/Skills Required

• Handling Receipt section, Raw material staging as well as Packing material.
• Receipts of all material like packing and row material. As well as miscellaneous.
• Preparation of GRN.
• Responsible for Receiving and dispensing of Raw materials as per SOP.
• Preparation of Receiving Report and sending to purchase department.
• Maintaining daily log books in respective area.
• Responsible for stock and location update of materials as per SAP status.
• Handling of E-TRACK system. Like Weighing of receipt of material, material transfer, Material issuance and material dispensing
• Online Filling BMR & other documents related to Dispensing.
• Co -Ordinations with production department for day to day production planning
• To ensure completion of day to day activities within the department.
• Follow up with Quality control dept. for timely release of raw materials.
• Handling of ASRS activities and WMS.
• To monitoring cleaning and sanitization activity in stores area.
• Physical stock verification of materials as per schedule and reconciliation of physical inventory against SAP.
• Preparation for all internal and regulatory audits like USFDA, MHRA, WHO etc
• Handling ASRS activity like Material issuance, labeling, stock verification, material transfer.
