Walk-In Interview for Endo India Par Formulations
Microbiological Testing:
•Conducting microbiological sampling & testing of raw material, in-process, validation samples and Finished products.
•Hands on experience required in Microbial Limit Test, Bacterial Endotoxin Test, Sterility Testing, Particulate matter test.
•To handle microbiological media preparation, inventory management, equipment/instrument calibration with required compliance.
•Preferences: Exposure to digital platforms like LIMS and MODA in microbiological method development and validation.
Environmental Monitoring:
•To execute air, water and surface monitoring program to assess the cleanliness levels.
•Active sampling & environmental monitoring. Evaluate manufacturing and environmental improvements using passive air sampling.
•Preferences: Exposure to indoor environmental monitoring programs like ISO 14644, USP 7.
Laboratory Operations:
•Review and approve of laboratory records, lab generated data to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
•Responsible for initiating, OQRs, deviations, change control and CAPA items. Preparation/Review of SOPs and testing results.
•Microbiological media preparation, Vitez, Beagle, Testing for calibration elements like validation protocols and reports.
•Preferences: Exposure to Vendor Interaction, Coordinating instrument calibration and validation activities with external vendors, troubleshooting, shooting on site investigations, technical write-ups.
