Key Deliverables :
· Be a Subject Matter Expert in method development of in vitro permeation testing using Vertical Franz diffusion Apparatus of topical products followed by validation, pilot and pivotal studies as per regulatory guidelines Protocols and approved SOPs.
· Be a Subject matter Expert for Usage of Human Cadaver Skin on Vertical Franz diffusion Apparatus & timely storage and retrieval of collected samples.
· Preparation of protocols and reports for IVPT method development, pilot and pivotal studies for different project.
· Ensure accurate calculations of flux and AMT using excel and SAS software to evaluate the bioequivalence of the products.
· To prepare necessary reagents and solutions for method development/method validation and IVPT study.
· To complete necessary documentation for IVPT analysis such as raw data forms and log book entries.
· Report project updates to Group leader timely to ensure smooth execution of IVPT studies.
· Design and implementation of IVPT development activities to support all stages of product development for topical formulations.
· To Operate Vertical Franz diffusion Apparatus, Micro pipette, Handystep, Balance and Vapometer etc.
· To Perform In house calibration for Vertical Franz diffusion Apparatus, Micro pipette, Handystep, Balance etc.
· Ensure maintenance of GDP and GLP compliance within department to be in-line with current regulatory requirements.
