Job Description/Skills Required
- Lead as Business Partner and In House Legal Counsel for Contract Life Cycle Management for India and International business.
- Drive Contract Lifecycle including negotiating contracts with internal and external stakeholders; conducting risk assessment and advising management, contract execution with requisite approvals, maintaining records and MIS, timely renewal of contracts.
- Hands on experience in drafting International Commercial contracts including In / Out License Agreement, Supply Agreements, Purchase Agreements, CFA & Distribution Agreements, Technical Know How Collaboration, Financial Agreements, Lease; Leave and License; Sale; handling Stamp duty and registration. • Knowledge of Law of Contracts, Arbitration, Civil & Criminal procedure, Drug and Cosmetics Act, IPR Patent, Trade Marks & Copyrights; Land and Property matters is essential.
