🧪 Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare & review validation protocols and reports.
Conduct Media Fill / Aseptic Process Simulations and Filter Integrity Testing.
Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards
Execute & Document Equipment Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Perform Cleaning Validation and Process Validation activities.
Support validation for Hold Time Studies, HVAC, and water systems.
Handle deviations, CAPA, change controls related to validation.
Active participation and support during regulatory and customer Audits.
Initiate QMS document, Review, check and verify closing and effectiveness check
