Job Description/Skills Required:
- Analytical method development and method validation, optimization and documentation
- To perform HPLC/ GC method development for organic impurities, residual solvents, Genotoxic impurities in API.
- To develop Related substances/ Organic impurities, Assay method by HPLC in API, Intermediates and Starting material.
- To perform Forced degradation study / Mass balance
- To perform analytical method development, validation, Method transfer, Demo and purge study activities as and when required.
- Routine sample analysis
- Calibration of analytical instruments.
- Good laboratory practices
