• Ensure on-time submission of DCR and expense statement, etc
• Do chemist survey to ensure availability of products
• Implementation of strategy and campaigns Facilitating medical conferences.
• Regular Followup with doctors, Chemist, Stockist
• Have an Eye for Detail on competitors
