Job Description/Skills Required
- Identify and develop Institutional Business opportunities in All Govt Segments and Institutions.
- Coordinate and prepare quotation against tenders, Negotiate with the purchasing authorities in the targeted institutions.
- KOL management in Institutes, coordination, product promotion in Institutes, product activities, and with Stakeholder management with internal and external enabling functions.
- Pick up long term projects specifically government Institutes. Up to date on government regulations as its important for pharma business operations in government hospitals
- Management of Internal and external stake holders for smoot functioning of business.
- Responsible for achieving Territory Total Sales including product wise targets.
- Efficient use and deployment of resources so as to minimize field expenses while optimizing value.
- Overseeing effective application of sales promotion strategies; participate in cycle meetings and have transparent communication within the sales trade team
- Effectively co-ordinate with the ISPs/ LA/ Stockiest.
- Accountable for Managing Inventories in Respective Institutions by liquidation of goods.
