Job Description/Skills Required
- Responsible for compliance to Good documentation practices, cGMP &Quality policy.
- To follow Safety, Health and Environmental procedures and practices
- Planning and execution of activities related to in process Quality Assurance during manufacturing and packing of the batches.
- Responsible for performing & monitoring of sampling, its online registration of the samples in LIMS, in-process checks during all manufacturing & packing stage.
- Responsible for in process checks, line clearance, approval of specimen proof, reconciliation of packing material and finished goods and sampling in manufacturing & packing operations.
- Perform & Review of Calibration of IPQA / in process test instruments.
- Responsible for control of sampling aids & labels used during sampling.
- Responsible for monitoring of dispensing activities of raw, packing materials & online return materials verification at warehouse.
- Responsible for Compliance verification of all Quality Management Systems.
- Responsible for Preparation, Review, Periodic Review, Revision & Implementation of Standard operating procedures.
