Job Description/Skills Required
- Develop and validate bio-chemical and cell based assays as per client requirement under supervision
- Ensure that laboratory equipment are in working condition
- Maintain a record of day to day experimental activities in ELNB
- Ensuring compliance to SOPs while conducting the studies
- Support team in assay delivery of client based FFS projects
- Ensure safety at work :
- Follow safety SOPs defined for cell culture
- Maintenance and usage of equipment/instruments as per SOPs and general housekeeping norms.
- Maintain records, data integrity :
- Maintain strict data integrity and adhere to related policies.
- Ensure skill development of self & team:
- Enhance knowledge in the work area through formal and informal means of learning
- Focus on developing behavioral competencies through behavioral workshops and feedback discussion with manager
