Job Description/Skills Required
1) Responsible and accountable for equipment operation and maintenance activities, in line with quality and safety standards in a compliance manner.2) Representative from production department in supporting, maintenance team during trouble shooting, working on equipment troubles, there by reduction of MTTR of operating lines.Change agent for doing the AWW activities transforming PM to AM, Demonstrating maintenance knowledge/ trouble shooting skills to the operators, by closely working with them

- Knowledge of manufacturing operations and maintenance system.
- Knowledge on Quality Systems & Quality Standards.
- Knowledge on Safe Practices & Hygiene requirements.
- Ability to Operate the Equipment including change overs as required.
- Ability to perform the Maintenance practices on the Equipment.
- Ability to handle the troubles/Failures on the Equipment.
