Job Description/Skills Required
Characterize the structure by appropriate spectral data (1HNMR, Mass, 13CNMR, IR, UV etc.). Compliance to GLP-Maintain GLP (good laboratory practices) & GDP (good documentation practices) in the laboratory in order to adhere to SOPs & compliance. Closure of all ELN experiment on-line in time bound fashion. Work with DOE expert to conduct DOE experiments. Interact with process engineer to develop robust process and troubleshoot any process related issues. Prepare documents to facilitate technology transfer and plant execution. Facilitate plant execution and solve scale up related issues at plant. Share common work in the laboratory to help smoothly run the project. Support the internal & external customer (AR & D, PE, IP, RA, DQA and cross functional team ) by providing technical inputs in order to maintain strong relations with customers. Maintain team work and share knowledge across project team.
