Job Description/Skills Required:
- Work with Country Head, Marketing Heads and Vertical Heads to define a long time portfolio road map
- Execute product selection across various buckets: US leverage, market driven, IP litigation, portfolio gaps with the help of Medical, Marketing, technical IP and US portfolio teams
- Participate in Global product selection and ensure respective markets business requirements are built into the overall delivery process.
- Identify Pipeline molecules for BD work
- Build detailed TPP/PIF document for all selected products
- Risk assessment and evaluation of product pipeline for each country and create risk mitigation plan for medium- high risk high value products.
- Maintain the value of the portfolio basket by thought partnership with markets and cross-functional BU teams on strategic action needed in re-prioritization, or corrective action
- Identify and escalate red flags with regards to change in external and internal parameters which may impact business cases, investments required.
