Roles & Responsibilities
To provide scientific support to analysts at bench level for developing & qualifying methods required for product Analytics.
Execution of critical experiments for specific deliverables.
Ensuring error free analysis and documentation.
Ensuring timely and effective review of HPLC/UPLC calibration and maintenance of equipment/ instruments/columns.
Drafting Method Development Reports, Method Qualification Report, Biosimilarity, comparability reports
Participation in Quality related initiatives, activities and their timely closures.
To plan for procuring of appropriate consumables and reagents required for the work and maintain the inventory proactively for critical Reference standards
Involve in report preparations, report closures and technology transfer of assays. To ensure timely coordination of stability time point and report closure.
Educational qualification: A Graduation or Post Graduation in Science, including Pharma and Technology
Minimum work experience: 2 to 08 years of Academic or Industrial experience
Skills & attributes:
Technical Skills
• Basic understanding of relevant techniques, including cell-based and ligand binding assays, and familiarity with fundamental biotechnology industry practices.
• Understanding of protein-protein interactions, encompassing principles of ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay), electrophoresis, and western blotting techniques.
• Knowledge of animal cell culture techniques, including the handling, maintenance, and propagation of cell lines.
