As an HR Intern on the Query Management team, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Query resolution processes. You’ll work closely with HR professionals and internal stakeholders, helping to manage the flow of employee queries and ensure accurate documentation. This is a great opportunity to build HR operational expertise and contribute to meaningful employee experiences.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
📥 Track, organize, and manage the employee query queue using internal tools and systems
🤝 Coordinate with HR partners and other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution
📄 Maintain documentation of queries, updates, and solutions for future reference
✍️ Assist in drafting internal guides and contribute to HR knowledge base materials
🔁 Identify patterns in recurring issues and suggest process improvements
👤 Who You Are
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with good organizational habits
Comfortable working with data tracking tools and basic HR software
A proactive team player with an eagerness to learn and contribute.
