Responsibilities:
Perform all operations in clean room area in accordance to established SOPs /Protocols/any cGMP document and capture the data in relevant documents as per Good documentation practices.
Ensure that the entries are recorded in the relevant documents as and when the activities are performed.
Manufacturing the products as per approved batch production records, Equipment cleaning records and filling, e-BPR, e-BCR, and submit the BPR to QA in time.
Report the process/system deviations to QA through a relevant document and to involve, investigate and implement the corrective actions
