Job Description/skills Required:Â
- To develop methods with guidance or supervision on one of the specialized techniques like Mass spec (HRMS, LC/MS/MS, Orbitrap, GC-MS techniques); Elemental analysis techniques for trace level quantitation of metal residues, leachables and implementing ICHQ3D using ICP-MS, ICP-OES & AAS; Particel size characterisation method using laser diffraction & characterisation of drug products using solution state and Solid state NMR.
- To develop method using multi-dimensional (2D, 3D, etc) NMR experiments. To perform sameness studies for between generic product and RLD and estabish method to identify the unique fingerprints
- Method validation & verification/ Vendor method evaluations and method transfers & analysis of plant samples
- Good skill set for carrying of method verification and validation activities for methods used for sameness studies and API or product characterisation.
