Job Description/Skills Required
- Develop and Implement world class, progressive marketing plans for Dr. Reddys Ltd. Business that align with the Category/Brand strategy, brand roadmaps and business plans. These should include consumer and patient segmentation and sizing analysis, marketing and media strategy
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns with excellent understanding of the full marketing mix and strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind. Data driven thinking with an affinity for numbers.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
- Shape and communicate our vision and mission
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Work closely with India market with a team of marketing people on brand initiatives
