Job Description/Skills Required
- Development and Scale-up of processes for new products, Technology Transfer & Process Validation of the product at plant scale
- Should work in collaboration with Chemistry team & provide necessary inputs during DoE studies & further process optimization
- Should develop detailed process understanding & ensure scale-up feasibility using fundamental studies of reaction kinetics, Crystallization, Process Safety, PAT
- Ensure appropriate facility/equipment/technology mapping at in house/SBP plants
- Study process at kilo lab/CPP scale & ensure successful process validation at plant scale
- Troubleshoot issues faced during scale-up
- Proactive planning & timely completion of PE tasks in alignment with project goals
- Work collaboratively in a multi-function environment to drive PE activities
- Provide technical & execution guidance to new PE team members
