We are looking for a candidate to oversee Nasal spray manufacturing and filling operations, managing equipment, process validation, handling change controls, deviations, incidents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory audits. Responsibilities include creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure), providing training, and applying expertise.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Knowledge of Lean, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and similar KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
2. Prepare and review the production process SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
3. Responsible for all SOP & protocol related activities through DOCHUB.
4. Responsible for Review & approval of Master Production Records, EBR in PAS|X & SAP Related Activities.
5. Responsible to initiate and review quality notification such as Change control, Incident, deviation, Market complaint, CAPA etc.
6. Responsible to create Purchase requisition, Creation of material code, CAPEX initiation.
7. To ensure effective utilization of resources in the department.
8. To ensure process lead time and product yield are as per requirement.
9. To implement company policies and procedure at production department.
10. To ensure products are produced and stored in cGMP compliant environment and practices.
11. Responsible for all production-related activities assigned by Head of the department.
12. Responsible for strict adherence to cGMP requirements and Compliance to regulatory requirements.
13. To ensure maintenance and upkeep of production area and equipment, to provide resources for the same.
14.To ensure qualification, calibration & validation program is implemented in the production department as per SOP.
B Pharm
- Should have experience of 08-12 years’ in manufacturing of Nasal or MDI formulation
- Knowledge of online completion of cGMP documents.
- Knowledge of qualification, calibration & validation program .
- Knowledge of preparation and review Master Production Records and SAP Related Activities .
- Knowledge of QMS documentation such as Change control , Incident, Market complaint, CAPA etc.
- Knowledge of concept of Operation excellence implementation in daily production.
- Responsible for handling shift operation of Nasal operations.
