- Responsible for New Product Launch Sourcing involving both captive & outsourced APIs, and Excipients.
- Coordinating & collaborating with CFTs in resolving any technical related issues, analysing problems and project managing to its resolution for timely execution of launch supplies.
- Handling the Source development & qualification process, Price negotiations, Supply agreements, Quality agreements and facilitating Vendor audits.
- Arrange to place PO’s with approved source as per required material specifications, identifying the demand-supply gaps and expediting the deliveries/shipments/orders to ensure on-time launches.
- Preparing business cases for project approvals by acquiring & analyzing market information/data, and analyse market changes that can determine product availability or supply-demand gaps.
- Liaison & Coordinating with all CFT teams – FTL, Planning, Mfg, IPDO, RA, QC/QA etc to ensure availability of materials in approved condition for pre-validation / validation / launch / post-launch supplies, in line with launch calendar plans.
