Job summary
This role involves calibrating and maintaining assigned equipment within departmental and organizational guidelines, processes, and procedures. The primary objective is to ensure accuracy in results provided within timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities
To ensure the safety, quality and good laboratory practices at all the time in QC laboratory.
To perform daily calibrations of Instruments/Equipment’s.
To issue the working standards as per the user requirements.
To carry out calibration / performance verification of analytical Instruments and Equipment’s as per master schedule.
To carry out the Qualification of the Laboratory Instruments and Equipments.
To maintain laboratory analytical standards as per the laid down procedures.
To maintain and deactivate samples as per the laid down procedures.
To follow good documentation practices in the laboratory.
To ensure the cleanliness of the laboratory.
To carry out the activities through LIMS (wherever applicable).
Any other assignment given by higher management.

Educational qualification: An M.Sc (any branch)
Minimum work experience: 6-10 years
Skills & attributes:
Technical Skills
• Basic understanding of the sterile industry, including processes, regulations, and trends.
• Working experience in a cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) environment, with a special emphasis on Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Behavioural skills
• Prioritizes effective communication and demonstrates a performance-oriented mind-set.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Performance-oriented approach, consistently striving for high standards.
• Demonstrates flexibility in working shifts and a clear understanding of team dynamics.
