- “Develop strategies and guide teams in process optimization & scale up using QbD approaches & risk assessment, leading to process understanding, robustness & manufacturability. Formulate solutions for and guide teams in proactively solving technical problems using appropriate assessment and data analysis. Design novel approaches for proactively solving complex technical problems using appropriate methodologies. Provide complete guidance, input and scientific rigor IN ORDER TO deliver scalable process development strategies ” Utilization of Modelling and simulation tools “Utilize suitable modelling and simulation tools to make early assessment of formula/ process/ product behaviors and propose appropriate solutions IN ORDER TO overcome challenges by close coordination with Modelling and simulation team” New Technologies “Evaluate new technologies to develop platforms leading to better control strategies using PAT and/ or data analysis solutions to enable greater understanding of processes.
